Toulah Fest is a family friendly and inclusive music festival taking place at the Fountain Inn in the village of Cowden. Live music from 1pm to 10pm. The bar will be open (of course) and there will be BBQ food available too.
The event will be fundraising to help cover the Village Hall’s running costs. There will be a raffle, glitter face painting and other ways to donate to the Hall’s coffers.
Cowden Village Hall is allowing parking in the Hall carpark. There will be additional parking will be on the Recreation Field.
